Situated in a rural area 700 metres from Santa Maria beach and it's restaurants, supermarket and church. This 1st floor apartment in a block of 4 is located in the Delta Club Residences in a gated resort of only 14 apartments. The property is air-conditioned/heating and has a large covered balcony/veranda ideal for alfresco dining.
The large pool with jacuzzi and children's section, sun loungers and a covered gazebo is within a landscaped garden with banana plants, olive, lemon, orange and palm trees. There is a beach volley ball court on the resort. The resort is 3 km. from the popular beaches of Grottecelli and 12 km. from the medieval picturesque town of Tropea which is the favourite tourist destination in Calabria.
Within a 30 minutes drive you will find the modern shopping mall of the Vibo Center which starkly contrasts with the centuries old mountain villages, some of which you will find just a few kilometres from the coast.
The large covered balcony has patio furniture comprising of a table and 6 chairs, a cushioned sun lounger & chair lounger, a gas barbecue with BBQ utensils, apron, gloves and fish holders. The shared swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's section is approximately 25 x 10 metres, 2 - 1.5 metres in depth. Sun loungers are available. The pool is open from June - September and is closed to swimming before 0800 for cleaning and during siesta time 1300 - 1600. hours daily. A covered gazebo is situated adjacent to the pool for shade and on the other side of the pool a beach volley ball court. The main car park is at the rear of the properties and there is an overspill car park next to the volley ball court. The extensive landscaped garden completes what is available outside the apartment.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with large double bed, double and single wardrobes, dressing table with mirror and drawers and 2 bedside cabinets with drawers and a valet.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds, double wardrobe with 2 drawers and bedside cabinet with draws. Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin, bidet, wc and washing machine. Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Single drainer and sink.
Full set of pots, pans cutlery, crockery and glasses. Living Room: Open plan lounge dining room with dining table, 4 dining chairs, sideboard and a 2 seater settee and floor rug.
Flat screen TV, Digital TV Receiver, DVD player, mini hi fi, computer/ipod speakers. Other: Hall with cupboard storing a hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, steam iron, ironing board, mops, buckets, clothes dryer and washing / cleaning materials, kitchen and toilet rolls. Cleaning: Towels and bed linen are included in the rental and the beds made up for guests arrival. The linen is changed weekly and the apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. A mandatory administration/after cleaning supplement of 40 euros is charged. Notes on accomodation: An air-conditioning/heating system has been installed. The apartment is suitable for children. A cot may be available on request. Electricity, gas and water charges are included in the rental. Accessibility: Not suitable for those with mobility problems due to stairs to the apartment.
Booking Notes: To confirm your booking a non-refundable 20% deposit to an Italian bank account is required. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. A mandatory supplement of 40 euros for the administration and after cleaning service and a refundable 100 euros damage deposit is to be paid at check in time. The deposit will be repaid at check out time less any damage costs if any.
House Swap: House swap considered. Loction anywhere in Europe. Swap to a property sleeping 4 persons.
Changeover Day: Change over day Saturday to Saturday during the peak period. This can vary out of season. Check in time is 14:00 and check out time 10:00 hours but this can vary subject to agreement. Flexible change over days outside peak periods (July - August).
