a.) This is called Imposta Comunale sugli Immobili (ICI) in Italian.
b.) The exact amount of tax depends upon the cadastral value- rendita catastale- of your property; the official value as determined by the municipality.
c.) The cadastral value depends upon the size, location and type of property.
d.) ICI is paid twice yearly, in June and December.

We were at the Fioribello development today and spoke with the developer. The swimming pool will be completed next week. 2 people have already completed and furnished their apartments, more are due to complete shortly. If you are planning on ordering furniture through our company, normally you have to allow a minimum of 30days for delivery, but as it's coming close to Easter, many of our furniture suppliers will be closed for a short period of time during the Easter holidays, so please allow extra time during this period to avoid disappointment.

We have our first confirmed booking for a wedding for July 3rd of this year.
We are organising the wedding for an Irish bride and an English groom.
There will be over a 100 guests attending.
We have organised everything from the transport, accomodation, music, venue, meal, photographers,
hair, makeup plus lots more.
We expect to have our website lauched before the end of the summer and we will post photos
of the happy event on our new website.
